Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Crawl Space Encapsulation across Amlin because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Licensed & insured in OH · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Amlin technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Amlin crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Amlin technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Amlin basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Amlin crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Amlin schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Amlin homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Amlin basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Amlin basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
